Sodium, potassium and magnesium: 1000 mg, 200 mg and 60 mg per stick, with zero sugar. Full ingredients and nutrition information are on the carton label.

How do I use it?

Tear open a stick, empty it into water, stir or shake, and drink. Follow the serving directions on the carton.

Is it sugar free?

Yes. Every flavour has zero sugar.

Which flavours are there?

Ocean Berry, Citrus Sea, Glacier Mint, Island Lime and Berry Wave. Each carton holds 20 single-serve sticks of one flavour.

Who should check with a doctor first?

If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, follow a restricted-sodium diet or take medication, talk to your doctor before adding an electrolyte mix to your routine.
